Who operates this app
The Seven Day Challenge is provided by Seven Days Challenge LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Seven Days Challenge LLC for use of The Seven Day Challenge app and website.
Who can use The Seven Day Challenge
You must be at least 18 years old and legally an adult where you live. The app contains mature sexual themes. Do not let a minor use your device to access it.
Consent is the whole game
Every card, prompt and challenge is a suggestion between consenting partners. Nothing in the app is an instruction, and either of you can decline anything at any time without losing the challenge. Use the no-go list to remove anything you don't want to see. Never use the app to pressure, coerce or shame a partner.
Your content
Custom cards, couple name and notes you create stay on your device. You are responsible for what you write, and for keeping your device secure if the content is sensitive.
Purchases and refunds
The $4.99 challenge entry, finisher bib and all marketplace add-ons are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc., and the merchant of record is Seven Days Challenge LLC. Digital items unlock immediately, so all purchases are final and non-refundable — including if you don't finish the challenge, don't enjoy it, or never use an add-on you bought. Consent, health and relationship disclaimer
Every card and prompt is optional and requires the free consent of both partners, every time. The Seven Day Challenge is entertainment for adults only — it is not medical, sexual-health, psychological or relationship advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. Invites, friends and scores
Invites are sent by you, from your device. Scores you choose to share with another couple are visible to them. If you switch on "invite without sharing scores", your points stay hidden while you remain in the group.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or scrape the app, use it to harass anyone, or share content involving anyone who has not consented or who is under 18.
No medical or relationship advice
The Seven Day Challenge is entertainment. It is not medical, psychological or relationship advice. If a prompt raises a health, safety or consent concern, skip it and talk to a professional.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and the app may be unavailable at times. Because your data lives on your device, keep in mind that losing or wiping your phone will lose your challenge history.
Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
