The Seven Day Challenge is intended only for adults 18 or older. Every prompt in the app is a suggestion between consenting partners — optional, never an instruction, and never a requirement.

Everything is optional and consensual

Both partners must freely agree, every time, and either of you can pause, change or decline anything at any point — before, during or after. Declining never costs you the challenge: skip the day, swap the card, or use the no-go list to remove content you never want to see. Consent given once is not consent for later. Never use the app to pressure, guilt, coerce or shame a partner, and never involve anyone who has not consented or who is under 18.

Not medical or health advice

The Seven Day Challenge is entertainment. Nothing here is medical, psychological, sexual-health or therapy advice, and no card accounts for your health conditions, pregnancy, medications, injuries, disabilities or physical limits. Use your own judgment, stay within safe limits, and talk to a qualified clinician about anything health-related. If a prompt could be unsafe for either of you, skip it.

Not relationship counseling

This is a playful challenge, not couples therapy or relationship advice. It cannot resolve conflict, and it isn't appropriate where there is coercion, fear or abuse in a relationship. If you feel unsafe or pressured, stop using the app and reach out to a professional or a local support service.

What we don't ask you for

We deliberately don't collect details about your sexual activity. The app never asks what you actually did, and your plans, cards, notes and scores stay in local storage on your own device — we can't read them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Your responsibility

You and your partner are solely responsible for the choices you make. To the extent permitted by law, Seven Days Challenge LLC is not liable for outcomes arising from your use of the app. Full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
