The Seven Day Challenge is operated by Seven Days Challenge LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. We built it so that the intimate part — what you plan, what you log, what you score — never has to leave your phone. This page explains exactly what that means.
Who operates this app
The Seven Day Challenge is owned and operated by Seven Days Challenge LLC, based in South Carolina. For privacy questions or data requests, contact us through the support page.
What stays on your device
Your couple name, bib number, day plans, drawn cards, custom cards, no-go list, points and streak are all stored in your phone's local app storage. They are not uploaded to us, and we cannot read them. If you delete the app or tap "Delete account" in Settings, that data is gone.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, health data, or the contents of any message you send from the app. When you invite another couple, your device opens your own share or messaging sheet — the invite is sent by you, from your phone, and we never see or store the recipient.
No details about your sexual activity
We deliberately do not ask for or collect information about your sexual activity. The app never asks what you actually did — only whether you marked a day complete, which stays on your device. Cards, custom cards, notes and no-go lists are never transmitted to us, and we do not build profiles or infer anything about your sex life.
Age requirement
The Seven Day Challenge is strictly for adults 18 and older. Before using the app, you self-attest that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth and we do not store any age-related information. Do not let anyone under 18 use this app on your device.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Your receipt and statement line read "7-Day Challenge" — the product name is intentionally neutral. The merchant of record on your receipt is Seven Days Challenge LLC. Purchases are one-time and non-refundable; there are no subscriptions and nothing renews. See the Refund Policy.
Analytics and crash reports
If analytics or crash reporting is enabled in a future release, it will be limited to anonymous, aggregate usage counts (for example, how many people finish all seven days). Card choices, custom cards and no-go lists are never included in analytics.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share data with service providers only where it is required to run the app — for example, an app store processing your payment — and only the minimum they need.
Your choices
You can hide your score from friends, exclude any card from both decks with the no-go list, and delete all of your data from Settings at any time without contacting support.
Children
The Seven Day Challenge is strictly for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has used the app, we will terminate that access.
Changes and contact
